Operation Process:

1st ,  Recover from tank , connect the HP and LP pipes to this devoce, then connect LP to the tank / Cylinder with r134a refrigerant inside. turn the tank up side down.  Set recovery quatity 3 kg. machine with stop when this progress is down

2nd , Recovey from Car , connect HP and LP to the car , Set recovery quantity. This progress Separation of oil and water from

3rd , Vacuum, Set the vacuum time, about 20 mins, it will stop automatically

4th , Leakage detecting : Detect air conditioning pipeline and seal leaks . Check A/C system for leakage

With compressed gas .  after vacuum , stable for about 5 mins, if the LP pressure keep less than 0 , means no leakage

5th , Filling :  add new oil into the bottle , about 70 ml, if bigger car, need add more.  after vacuum and hunt leakage , open the valve slowly. New oil and refrigerant refilling can be easily set up
6th , Recharge : still connect to the car , set the recovery quantity , then recharge into car . if you can't fill easily , pls close the LP , open the HP to charge.

7th , Draw refrigerant from A/C system and outer refrigerant cylinder , separate impurity such as compressor oil , dirt , moisture , then store good quality refrigerant into inner cylinder

1) Which kind of refrigerant can use ?

A : You can use r134a refrigerant.

    If you want use r12 or r401 or other kind of refrigeran, pls inform us, we will  change some components to meet your request.

2 ) Are there any consumable items can resell?

A : yes, Refrigerant oil and refrigerant.

3 ) How to maintenance ?

A : Keep clean, do not pull water on it , water may damage the mainbord and other electronic conponent

4 )  Are there any componets need to changed after long time use ?

A : Yes, you should change the Dry filter after recovery 60 - 80 cars.

5 ) How much gram exactly weight should be set ? 

A : It depends on your car model, nomarlly 600g - 1100g for car.

6 )  If original refrigerant gram less than setted recovery quantity, how machine work ?

A : Machine will stopped automatic when recovery finished if there is no refrigrant.

7 ) How much gram exactly weight  of refrigerant should be recharge to car ?

A : This is depend on your car. As we know , when refrigerant will consume, so your car won't cool
